Meet the Team
Anna - Owner and Founder
Founder of Scenter Barcs after several years of working professionally with dogs as a dog walker and home boarder. Hands on member of the daycare team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and getting to know each dog's individual personality, needs and quirks.
What started as a dog walking and home boarding business has grown into the Scenter Barcs you see today.
Deborah - Daycare Manager
Deborah joined Scenter Barcs as Daycare Manager and quickly became an integral part of the team. She works alongside Anna in the day-to-day care of the dogs and has a brilliant understanding of their individual personalities, behaviours and friendships.
Her calm, confident approach means she is equally at home managing the lively ones and reassuring those who need a little more support.
Harry - Daycare Assistant
Harry is part of our daycare team and helps with the day-to-day care of the dogs, including supervising play, keeping our spaces clean and safe, and making sure everyone is happy and settled throughout the day.
Alongside working at Scenter Barcs, Harry is also studying at Edinburgh University. He's a familiar face to many of our regular dogs and knows their personalities, routines and quirks.
What our customers say
Loved by dogs. Trusted by their humans.
Don't just take our word for it - here's what our customers have to say.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"My dog absolutely loves going there and gets so excited every time we arrive. She actually starts howling from the bottom of the road because she knows exactly where she's going and can't get out the car fast enough. She runs straight in and never looks back!"
Care for every personality
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"Scenter Barcs has been amazing for my reactive Lab. She absolutely loves it there. The dogs have plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and it's all secure. The staff are lovely and caring and treat every dog like their own."
